Sierra finished it. The Gazette has seen it, tasted it, and been told in no uncertain terms not to print what it is. So this issue runs with the name blacked out. What we can tell you: it is bigger flavor, bigger taste, and the list finds out first.

The name stays blacked out until the counter hits zero

Filed Tuesday — passed by the censor Wednesday

Sierra finished it on Tuesday afternoon and handed our reporter a bottle with the label turned away from the room. She was permitted to taste, permitted to take notes, and expressly forbidden from writing down the one word everybody actually wants.

Her verdict, printed here in full: “Bigger flavor, bigger taste, and I’m mad I have to wait like everybody else.”

Pressed on the name, the test kitchen would confirm only that it has been asked for times in the comments since spring, and that the answer is .

What we may print

It comes in two heats. It is hand-blended in small batches in Atlanta, on the same table as everything else that carries this name. The first run is bottles and the kitchen has already said it will not make more before Friday.

Everyone on the subscriber list gets fifteen percent off and sees the name before the public does. That much the censor allowed.

What we may not

The word itself. The . Anything concerning , which our editor describes as “the good part.”

Also struck from this edition: the photograph, two paragraphs about , and the price. The Gazette regrets the blackout. Sierra does not.
