At Ghetto Girlz Eat, we take pride in delivering high-quality products and a great customer experience. Please review our policies carefully before making a purchase.


Pantry Products (Seasonings, Spices, Sauces)

Due to the nature of our pantry items, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges on these products.

However, your satisfaction means everything to us. If there is an issue with your order (such as damage, defect, or incorrect item), please contact us at support@ghettogirlzeat.com within 7 days of delivery so we can review and make it right.


Kitchenware Products

We offer a 7-day hassle-free return policy on all kitchenware items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Must be returned in original packaging with all components included
  • Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of authorization

Please note:

  • A 15% restocking fee may be applied for items returned in poor condition or missing parts
  • Returns may be denied if items show signs of use, misuse, or damage

Digital Products

All digital products (including cookbooks, recipes, and downloadable guides) are final sale and non-refundable.

Subscription Terms & Cancellation Policy

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms:

Billing & Renewal

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis based on your selected delivery frequency
  • Customers will receive an upcoming charge notification prior to billing

Cancellations

  • Subscriptions must be canceled before the next billing date to avoid being charged
  • Once a subscription order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, it cannot be canceled

No Returns & No Refunds on Subscription Orders

  • All subscription orders are final sale
  • We do not accept returns on any subscription products
  • We do not issue refunds for orders that have already been processed or shipped

Customer Responsibility

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to manage or cancel their subscription before the billing date
  • Failure to cancel before billing will result in the order being processed as scheduled and will not be eligible for refund
