Digital Cookbooks & Recipes
All digital products — including cookbooks and recipe guides — are delivered immediately after purchase.
You’ll receive an email with your download link right after checkout. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder if you do not see it within a few minutes.
All digital product sales are final. No refunds will be issued on digital items.

During Major Holiday Weekends & Sale Events:
Please allow 10–14 business days for delivery during high-volume periods, including but not limited to:

- Major sitewide promotions or flash sales
Because all Ghetto Girlz Eat seasonings are handcrafted in small batches, additional time may be required during peak order periods to maintain freshness and quality.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your tracking number.
To avoid delays, please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Ghetto Girlz Eat is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.
If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
Purchased Shipping Insurance?
